Current state: Bad performance during the past few months up to present.

Our experience: Strictpay.com - The best payment solution, we have been their customer since 2009 we offered it as one of our accepted payment processor because of the debit card. They offer withdrawals through their customized debit card from first-pay.com. Strictpay is high on fees but because they offer debit card we dont mind using it. We always had a problem with withdraws and some customers also having issues on it. And our last transaction is the worst.

May 1st, 2010 we withdraw our funds because we needed it to buy more equiptments and use it to pay for 7angels staffs we always adjust the timeframe of up to 5 days because like i said they are slow on withdrawals. Well I had withdrawn funds on my globewallet strictpay debit card and I noticed that 24 hours timeframe is gone and the only option left is 3-5 business days and because i need to withdraw the funds to use it in real life and upgrade some of our equiptments. It was monday May 1st, 2010 and until now i still have not received the requested funds, this delay cost as money and never been good.

But still we are willing to wait since there is nothing that we could do but its Thursday now and tomorrow is Friday so that means its weekend again no banks and this really means another loses on our company. Now what made me decide to alert others is that other than the problems that they are having, which is they should have been prepared before they run their business. Is that i received an email from them.

They announced a NO FEE on all bank wire deposits, which is not a good timing since they are still having problems on their withdrawal system," its like you are asking again for money where you cant even pay" as of now dont make any deposit yet until they have fixed their withdrawal problem. This is definitely not a good sign at all. After waiting for almost 7 business days 11 days to be exact and we still have not received the funds one of our staff contacted strictpay through their Live Chat and this what was discussed.

no i have not but someone replied on my ticket he said that it
should not take 10 days but its the 9th business day today and tomorrow
is the 10th day, i withdrawn last may 1st until now i have not received
this is kinda frustrating since i needed the money

if you requested on the 1st friday would be the 10th business day,
please remember the day of request does not count.

i have requested 1st of may its saturday, so the business day counts
on monday correct? so 3rd of may the date now is 13th of may so its 9th
day

you should have it by friday as that is the 10th. business day. i
apologize for the delay however the current delays should be resolved
within the next 60 days.

ok i really hope that it wont take up to 60 days. Sorry about the
frustration but its that its very bad timing, i can wait of course i
could wait there is nothing i could do but wait but i really need that
so i hope you guys understand and hope this should be fixed.

So as agreed we have to wait for the 10th day, but until now, until this Alert been posted nothing was received. I call it red flag, I dont know if we were be able to accept Strictpay payments anymore it is all up to you now. Its your money, its your call. Lets stay away from possible fraud.

well its the 21st day of waiting and until now. No withdraws has been received. So i hope they're not.

i saw some of this argument too, while im searching via goole about strictpay scam i found a thread in talkgold and lead me here. I hope they are not cause i just withdrawn my 1st money from them on my new debit card.
