All services provided by 7angels.INFO Web Services™ are subject to the following terms and conditions.

Quotes & Contracts
Requested quotes will be responded within 24 hours. A new quote will then be provided upon request. Contracts the have been agreed by the Owner and the client can be drawn up upon request before 24 hours otherwise there will be an extra charge.

Charges & Fees
An initial 50% deposit will be due upon agreement between the owner and the client. The remaining 50% balance will be due upon acceptance of the completed web development project before it is released to the client or published to the internet.

7angels.INFO Web Services retains the right to hold all graphics, and project development with the exception of content and graphics provided by the client, until payment is received for such items. Your project will not be released to you or uploaded until full payment is received.

Custom Web Site Design Credit
Custom web design clients will have a Design by: 7angels.INFO Web Services link on their website in the footer of every page. You may pay 7angels.INFO Web Services a fee of $100 to have this link permanently removed or will be removed for free if the order is equal or above $1000.

Client's Privacy
Every clients and programs we create from design to other services, we display it on our website portfolio list. If you do not wish to be listed, You may pay 7angels.INFO Web Services a fee of $100 or will be removed for free if the order is equal or above $1500 and you will not be mentioned on our portfolio, overview or any verbal instances. Your privacy will highly kept and no one would know that 7angels was the one behind the services you offer.

Copyright & Ownership
Upon completion of the project, 7angels.INFO Web Services transfers all rights and ownership of CUSTOM designs and programming written by 7angels.INFO Web Services to the client.

Software and third party graphics or programs are not transferred to the client and remain under copyright of their respective owners.

7angels.INFO Web Services Design reserves the right to resell custom designed web sites that remain unpaid by the original client, unaccepted mockups or other graphics created by 7angels.INFO Web Services but not in legal use by the client. Just 7angels.INFO Web Services reserves the right to display websites and graphics that have been designed by 7angels.INFO Web Services on their website, and in any marketing material to aid as examples of our work.

Due to extremely low price of our designs and service we provide, we does not give original sources unless clients are willing to pay for it. The cost of the source is multiplied into 2 on the original price of each single item. However we still reserve the right to decline or reject sell out of our sources.

Edits and Changes / Mockups
Every project or any projects have a 72 hour waiting period before we anounce it as a final product, there are 2 mock ups which means you can ask for a full change of your order and unlimted changes or editing for typographic errors. After 72 hours and we have not heard from our client the order will be marked as final.Though we offer extended mockups pls. contact support or click here for more information.

Refunds
7angels.INFO Web Services requires a deposit before we begin work on any project. If we fail to complete your project on the given maximum time, you will recieve a full refund on the exact day of request or within 24 hours upon refund request. Otherwise please read and understand the refund terms below.

  1. A cancellation fee of 20% (twenty percent) of the total deposit paid will be retained for projects that have been booked, but cancelled prior to failing to deliver the project on specified time.
  2. There are no refunds on any payments that have been made on 7angels.INFO Web Services after completing and recieving the project.
  3. Any refund request will not be honored after the project has been started or after 24 hours..

Chargebacks
7angels.INFO Web Services will not negotiate chargebacks with any person or company. Our Refund policies are clearly stated above, and all clients are asked to read and agree to our terms of service prior to the start of any project.

Non-Communication
If we are unable to communicate with a client on a project for a duration of at least sixty days (60) by phone or email during the design and development process, the project will be canceled without prior notice and no refund will be issued.

Acceptance
Please note that by submitting your downpayment for our services you are agreeing to all of our terms of service as written here. 7angels.INFO Web Services reserves the right to change or update these terms at any time without prior notice.

DISCLAIMER

The information listed on this website is given in goodfaith. 7angels.INFO Web Services shall not be responsible for any errors or omissions contained within this website, and reserves the right to make changes .
